Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound activities, including calls, emails, and events
  • Develop and follow structured communication plans to reach potential clients
  • Act as the primary contact for inbound sales inquiries, ensuring quick and effective responses to enhance customer experience
  • Qualify leads and refer them to Business Development Managers for further engagement and conversion
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers to encourage long-term engagement and investment in learning and development solutions
  • Utilise CRM tools to analyse customer data, create targeted growth strategies, and plan outreach activities
  • Engage with clients digitally to ensure products and services meet their ongoing needs
  • Reconnect with past customers to reintroduce our offerings and foster renewed partnerships
  • Gather and communicate all necessary setup and implementation requirements from clients to internal teams

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Solid commercial understanding and business acumen
  • Resilience and determination to succeed in a sales environment
  • Alignment with the core values of integrity, collaboration, and commitment to equality and diversity

Experience

  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly within a product-focused setting
  • Experience securing sales orders in the range of 3,000 to 15,000 Desirable

Education

  • Any relevant qualifications and certifications are desirable
