Seeking an experienced L&D Project Manager to engage with clients, co-ordinate with the development team and liaise with expert Trainers to ensure that all deliverables are met on time, budget and to the highest standards expected.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of training programmes, from project inception to delivery
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Coordinate with the development team and expert trainers to deliver high-quality training outcomes
- Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Contribute to the streamlining of digital tools and project management resources
- Support business development activities, including responding to RFPs
Skills
- Strong project management and leadership skills, ideally from within an L&D setting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a remote but collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
- Several years of experience managing LD related projects and programmes
- Experience working within the Finance andor commercial LD arena is an advantage but not essential
Education
- Qualifications related to project management are desirable
