L&D Project Manager

An exciting opportunity with an innovative provider of training programmes with a global network of clients across the Finance and Corporate arena. Seeking an experienced L&D Project Manager to engage with clients, co-ordinate with the development team and liaise with expert Trainers to ensure that all deliverables are met on time, budget and to the highest standards expected.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of training programmes, from project inception to delivery
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the development team and expert trainers to deliver high-quality training outcomes
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Contribute to the streamlining of digital tools and project management resources
  • Support business development activities, including responding to RFPs

Skills

  • Strong project management and leadership skills, ideally from within an L&D setting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote but collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • Several years of experience managing LD related projects and programmes
  • Experience working within the Finance andor commercial LD arena is an advantage but not essential

Education

  • Qualifications related to project management are desirable
