In this pivotal and strategic role within the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of learning offerings. Leading a team of Learning Designers and Programme Managers and with a client-facing remit, you will report to and work closely with the CEO, ensuring the successful growth of the business via innovative and impactful L&D solutions.The role requires 1-2 days per week in the London office.
