Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee digital learning systems, focusing on system optimisation and performance
- Act as a lead administrator and expert user for digital learning platforms
- Identify opportunities for enhancements, ensuring seamless system configuration and integration
- Train team members in platform usage and best practices
- Address and resolve technical issues, liaising with external service providers when needed
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for learning platforms
- Continuously evaluate systems to ensure alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices
- Forecast and monitor platform performance, reporting against KPIs
- Keep abreast of trends and emerging technologies in digital learning and apply insights to the role
Skills
- Proficiency in digital systems administration and optimisation
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Exceptional communication and training skills
- Familiarity with e-learning technical standards and UX/UI principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects, including collaborations with external partners
Experience
- Proven track record in managing digital learning platforms and projects
- Experience with system implementation and design processes
Education
- Any LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
