Responsibilities
- Manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the current LMS platform
- Lead the migration project to transition users to a new LXP
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system performance and issue resolution
- Provide data insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and platform optimisation
- Line manage the LMS Administrator, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service
- Develop and implement governance policies, procedures, and performance standards for learning systems
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital learning technology to maintain a competitive edge
Skills
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Strong project management capabilities
- Proficiency in LMS administration, configuration, and user training
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of eLearning standards and user-centric design principles
Experience
- Demonstrated success in LMS and digital platform management
- Experience in leading platform migrations
- Familiarity with instructional design theories and eLearning development is desirable
Education
- Any LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
