Digital Learning Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Project Manager to join a global leader in learning solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-value, complex projects within an innovative content development environment. Youll drive strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end content development projects, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence
  • Build and manage client relationships, guiding them through development stages and maintaining engagement
  • Create and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and solution-oriented environments
  • Serve as primary client contact, handling planning, risk, change management, and reporting to stakeholders
  • Oversee quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
  • Manage project scope, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies for success
  • Monitor commercial interests, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic goals
  • Proactively resolve challenges, ensuring continuous improvement with best practices

Skills

  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies, such as agile or lean processes
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task across multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience working in client-facing roles, with proven diplomacy and sensitivity when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software

Experience

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within creative industries or e-learning environments
  • Experience converting traditional content to online or blended formats is a plus
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline is desirable

Education

  • Any LDProject Management related qualifications are desirable
