Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end content development projects, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence
- Build and manage client relationships, guiding them through development stages and maintaining engagement
- Create and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and solution-oriented environments
- Serve as primary client contact, handling planning, risk, change management, and reporting to stakeholders
- Oversee quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
- Manage project scope, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies for success
- Monitor commercial interests, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic goals
- Proactively resolve challenges, ensuring continuous improvement with best practices
Skills
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, such as agile or lean processes
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task across multiple projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience working in client-facing roles, with proven diplomacy and sensitivity when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
Experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within creative industries or e-learning environments
- Experience converting traditional content to online or blended formats is a plus
- Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline is desirable
Education
- Any LDProject Management related qualifications are desirable
