Our client, a learning solutions provider with an international client base, is seeking someone with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to join them as an L&D Programme Coordinator. Responsible for coordinating training programmes, managing schedules, liaising with trainers and ensuring that training assets are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that training workshops and programmes run on time with the required resources
- Coordinate training projects effectively and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Manage stakeholder (Clients, Trainers etc.) expectations
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of joining instructions, training materials and other resources
- Manage external supplier relationships where required
- Collect and summarise data such as course feedback, for reporting purposes
- Event management for both virtual and face-to-face delivery
Skills
- Articulate, confident and personable
- Capable of working under pressure
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A genuine interest in learning and development (L&D) would be beneficial
Experience
- Minimum of one year of experience within a similar role
- Project management experience would be highly beneficial
Education
- LD qualifications are desirable but not essential
