L&D Programme Coordinator

£25K-£30K Basic Salary

Our client, a learning solutions provider with an international client base, is seeking someone with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to join them as an L&D Programme Coordinator. Responsible for coordinating training programmes, managing schedules, liaising with trainers and ensuring that training assets are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that training workshops and programmes run on time with the required resources
  • Coordinate training projects effectively and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Manage stakeholder (Clients, Trainers etc.) expectations
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of joining instructions, training materials and other resources
  • Manage external supplier relationships where required
  • Collect and summarise data such as course feedback, for reporting purposes
  • Event management for both virtual and face-to-face delivery

Skills

  • Articulate, confident and personable
  • Capable of working under pressure
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A genuine interest in learning and development (L&D) would be beneficial

Experience

  • Minimum of one year of experience within a similar role
  • Project management experience would be highly beneficial

Education

  • LD qualifications are desirable but not essential
