A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established and growing learning provider! In this role, you will lead and deliver new customer implementation projects, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will manage projects of varying sizes and complexities, aligning deliverables with customer success objectives and business goals.This role can be worked remotely, with travel to client sites once a week.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project planning, from defining scope and objectives to execution and delivery
  • Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans
  • Oversee effective communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Build strong relationships with customers during implementation to foster trust and ensure a smooth onboarding process by addressing customer needs, anticipating challenges, and resolving issues promptly
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve project delivery and outcomes
  • Identify, monitor, manage, and resolve possible project risks and issues to avoid delays or disruptions
  • Deliver regular project updates, status reports, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders. Maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Manage the lifecycle of change requests, including assessment, authorisation, planning, and implementation

Skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and manage resources for complex projects
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively
  • Analytical mindset to anticipate and resolve project risks and challenges
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors is a plus

Experience

  • 5 years of proven success as a Senior Project Manager, specifically in LMS implementation projects
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and advocacy through effective project management
  • Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, user provisioning, and related technical areas

Education

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent formal project management certification is preferred
