Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead conversion, bid management, negotiations, and contract closure
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email and occasional cold calling to supplement inbound leads
- Engage effectively with C-Level audiences
- Utilise Salesforce.com to track activities and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless programme delivery and an optimised sales process.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging C-level buyers
- Comfortable with prospecting, including cold calling, to build a robust sales pipeline
- Energetic, self-motivated, and driven by achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., French, German, Dutch, or Arabic) is desirable
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales
- Strong expertise in solution selling and managing complex sales cycles
- Proficiency in using Salesforce.com to track sales activity and progress
- Experience selling to SMB Mid-market segments.
Education
- BABS degree or equivalent work experience
