Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Use deep product knowledge to guide clients on effective platform use
  • Lead onboarding, managing stakeholders for smooth implementation, including scoping, configuration, training, and launch
  • Provide ongoing support to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction, acting as an escalation point for service issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver integrated digital learning solutions, supporting business development and alignment across departments
  • Align client expectations with our strategy and roadmap for mutual success
  • Oversee client projects from planning to execution and follow-up
  • Support broader company projects as needed
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • A passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Proficiency in using authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management and organisation skills

Skills

  • Familiar with LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations
  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to build strong relationships quickly
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies like LDAP, SSO, CRM, ERP, and HRIS is

Experience

  • Proven experience in Customer Success Management, Project Management, LMS implementation, or Engagement Management
  • Experience within the eLearning industry
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable
  • Previous experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio is advantageous

Education

  • Any LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
