Are you a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for delivering top-quality design solutions? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team working on innovative projects in the e-learning industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and has a knack for creativity, organisation, and problem-solving. You will have the chance to contribute to a variety of design elements, from conceptualising ideas to executing engaging visual content. This role requires travel into their Greater London or North West office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative design solutions to meet project requirements and objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables
  • Oversee all design elements and ensure they align with agreed-upon standards
  • Create interactive and visually appealing assets that enhance user experience
  • Work closely with external subcontractors, providing guidance and monitoring their contributions
  • Identify potential risks and collaborate with the team to address issues promptly
  • Maintain progress on projects, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring timelines are met
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, trends, and methodologies relevant to graphic design and e-learning

Skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with external contributors
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently
  • Comfortable handling feedback and making iterative improvements based on input

Experience

  • Proven experience working on creative design projects, preferably in a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with e-learning or digital content creation is a plus
  • Experience with animation tools or 3D design is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of AI and authoring tools for digital learning is a bonus

Education

  • Any LDProject Management related qualifications are desirable
