Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the medium to enterprise sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and deliver bespoke solutions
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase innovative learning solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted lead generation campaigns
  • Manage sales pipelines, provide accurate reporting, and update CRM systems
  • Lead contract negotiations to close deals that meet company and client goals
  • Represent the company at industry events, building brand visibility and networking opportunities

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Expertise in sales strategy development and execution
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset

Experience

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly with platform or SaaS products, is essential
  • Experience within eLearning or digital learning industry is highly desirable

Education

  • Any relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
