Salesforce Systems Trainer (12-Month FTC)

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Systems Trainer to support a transformative digital integration project. This role will be instrumental in equipping employees with the skills and confidence needed to adopt new systems, including Salesforce and Bullhorn, as part of a company-wide digital transformation initiative.As part of the Training & Development team, the successful candidate will bring expertise in instructional design and training delivery, ensuring seamless user adoption and enhanced business operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on a high-profile project within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise training requirements for system implementation.
  • Ensure training solutions align with business goals and project objectives.
  • Develop multimodal training materials and frameworks using proven methodologies such as ADDIE.
  • Create engaging, accessible, and user-friendly resources tailored to diverse learning styles and technical expertise levels.
  • Facilitate training sessions to empower employees to effectively use new systems.
  • Leverage best practices and innovative approaches to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Act as the liaison between project leads, subject matter experts, and end-users.
  • Manage training schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of all training components.
  • Drive iterative improvements to training programmes for sustained skill development and system adoption.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.
  • Ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, accessible training materials.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience

  • Proven experience designing and delivering training for system implementations, including Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with e-learning tools and a commitment to user-centred, inclusive design principles.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting digital transformation projects to achieve high user adoption rates.
  • Expertise in core Salesforce functionalities, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, workflows, reports, and dashboards are desirable.

Education

  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce or instructional design are highly desirable.
