Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales and acquire new clients
- Identify and nurture leads using social selling techniques
- Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Regularly engage with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proven sales track record in Learning & Development
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and grow revenue

Experience
- Experience in sales and account management within the training or LD sector
- Background in business development, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong project management and client relationship management experience
Education
- Any LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
