This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in crafting engaging visual content across print, digital, presentation, and branding platforms, helping shape how clients and teams interact with learning materials and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually impactful presentations for pitches and training workshops
  • Create workbooks, promotional materials, and social media graphics
  • Produce and edit videos, including adding subtitles
  • Design internal documents for consistent brand representation
  • Manage and maintain website content and design updates
  • Explore and recommend new design tools and technologies
  • Track and report weekly design hours
  • Create e-learning content using Articulate 360

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication and feedback skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with content, coaching, marketing, and operational teams
  • A customer-focused approach to design, ensuring all outputs enhance user experience

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Graphic Designer role
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality visuals across various media
  • Experience with e-learning tools and video editing platforms is advantageous

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is desirable
