Responsibilities
- Design visually impactful presentations for pitches and training workshops
- Create workbooks, promotional materials, and social media graphics
- Produce and edit videos, including adding subtitles
- Design internal documents for consistent brand representation
- Manage and maintain website content and design updates
- Explore and recommend new design tools and technologies
- Track and report weekly design hours
- Create e-learning content using Articulate 360
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and feedback skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively with content, coaching, marketing, and operational teams
- A customer-focused approach to design, ensuring all outputs enhance user experience
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Graphic Designer role
- Proven track record of producing high-quality visuals across various media
- Experience with e-learning tools and video editing platforms is advantageous
Education
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is desirable
