Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful digital learning experiences using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Movavi).
  • Explore and integrate AI technologies to elevate learner engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand business challenges and build capability programmes that are culturally relevant and business aligned.
  • Work across regions to support digital transformation initiatives and ensure learning is embedded in the flow of work.
  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve learning solutions based on feedback, data, and learner needs.

Skills

  • Proven experience in digital learning and capability building, ideally within a complex, global environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning (DRP, MRP, MPS, IBP) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems, and delivering against evolving priorities.
  • Flexible, proactive, and resilient with a passion for making learning stick.

Experience

  • Proven experience as learning specialist in a global setting.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of LD practices, training design, and facilitation
  • Expertise in designing outstanding digital learning experiences.

Education

  • LD qualifications are desirable but not essential
