Learning and Development Facilitator

Are you passionate about empowering others through learning? Our client, a leading training and development company, is looking for a dedicated Learning and Development Facilitator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on creating impactful learning experiences and engaging participants both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Workshops: Facilitate engaging learning sessions, both face-to-face and online, tailored to various client needs.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the development of learning pathways, videos, and podcasts for the online platform.
  • Engagement and Communication: Participate in client video and podcast productions, present training proposals, and deliver public speaking engagements as needed.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to support individual growth and development.

Skills

  • Leadership Development Passion: Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for leadership and personal development principles.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and charismatic communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Learning Agility: Openness to learning and adapting to new challenges.

Experience

  • Experience in delivering engaging learning and development workshops
  • Knowledge of leadership development, management, and personal development topics
  • Proven experience in designing learning programmes

Education

  • Qualifications in training design and development, such as CIPD accreditation is desirable
