Responsibilities
- Deliver Workshops: Facilitate engaging learning sessions, both face-to-face and online, tailored to various client needs.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the development of learning pathways, videos, and podcasts for the online platform.
- Engagement and Communication: Participate in client video and podcast productions, present training proposals, and deliver public speaking engagements as needed.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to support individual growth and development.
Skills
- Leadership Development Passion: Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for leadership and personal development principles.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Communication Skills: Clear and charismatic communicator, both written and verbal.
- Learning Agility: Openness to learning and adapting to new challenges.
Experience
- Experience in delivering engaging learning and development workshops
- Knowledge of leadership development, management, and personal development topics
- Proven experience in designing learning programmes
Education
- Qualifications in training design and development, such as CIPD accreditation is desirable
