We are looking for an experienced Content Strategy Manager to lead the design and implementation of innovative learning solutions for a growing UK-based learning team. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to a learning design team, overseeing the creation of bespoke training solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain cutting-edge instructional strategies
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the learning studio, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and objectives
  • Innovate learning processes and solutions to keep pace with industry trends and maintain competitive edge
  • Conduct learning needs analysis, working closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-quality training experiences
  • Manage vendor relationships to enhance project outcomes and ensure optimal use of external expertise

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable learning solutions
  • High levels of resilience, emotional intelligence, and creativity

Experience

  • Significant experience in learning design, preferably within e-learning, education, or consulting sectors
  • Proven experience in strategic management and team leadership within a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in converting traditional learning programs into online and blended solutions
  • Familiarity with digital transformation programs and experience using e-learning authoring tools

Education

  • Any LD related qualifications are desirable

Design and develop solutions

Gathering, verifying, adding meaning to, organising and sharing information/resources to serve a defined learning- or performance-related purpose. Using digital tools and non-digital /manual techniques to achieve this.

Design and develop solutions
3 – Advanced

(Co-)Designing and developing learning experiences and solutions that include appropriate formal and informal learning solutions, resources and performance support, ensuring that business, performance and learner requirements are met.
