Learning Services Executive

The Learning Services Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by acting as an essential interface between clients, the sales team, and the freelance trainer faculty. This role involves attending client meetings, debriefing with sales and product specialists, contacting trainers for course outlines, and creating proposals. Strong organisational skills, persistence, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to create visual representations of proposed solutions and experience with learning design will be key to success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the freelance trainer faculty, requesting and managing course outlines
  • Assist the sales team in preparing detailed proposals, including visual representations of proposed learning solutions
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, trainers, and the sales team, including preparing agendas
  • Manage and organise sales documentation, ensuring all materials are up-to-date
  • Conduct basic research on learning and development trends to support sales efforts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in sales material
  • Assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations

Skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, trainers, and team members
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client support role, or similar
  • Basic understanding of learning design principles and the ability to create visual representations of proposed solutions
  • Ability to conduct basic research on industry trends and incorporate findings into proposals and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with CRM software

Education

  • Qualifications in Learning and Development or Business are desirable but not essential
