The Learning Services Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by acting as an essential interface between clients, the sales team, and the freelance trainer faculty. This role involves attending client meetings, debriefing with sales and product specialists, contacting trainers for course outlines, and creating proposals. Strong organisational skills, persistence, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to create visual representations of proposed solutions and experience with learning design will be key to success.

In this role, you will be supporting the design and delivery of high quality face-to-face, blended and digital learning solutions, acting as a key link between internal and external stakeholders, whilst ensuring an excellent learner experience. This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week in the London office and 3 days remotely.
