Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a well-established international learning solutions provider. This role offers the chance to shape and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate new business opportunities. Operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this position requires a candidate who can bring creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to the table. This hybrid role requires travel to their London office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to support business growth
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches
  • Manage brand messaging and ensure consistent communication across all platforms
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and support sales objectives
  • Organise and represent the company at networking events, PR opportunities, and industry conferences
  •  Develop compelling case studies, marketing collateral, and promotional materials in collaboration with the creative team

Skills

  • Excellent Strong experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance
  • Confident in representing the business at external events and meetings

Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role with a track record of success
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
  • Knowledge of the learning and development or events industry is advantageous

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
