Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships through face-to-face meetings and excellent customer service
- Utilise a consultative approach to present tailored solutions to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance indicators
- Prepare accurate proposals and manage client data effectively in CRM systems
- Support internal processes through timely documentation and collaboration across teams
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing environments
Experience
- At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar B2B sales role
- Learning and Development industry experience is highly desirable
Education
- Relevant qualification and certifications are desirable
