Responsibilities
- Conduct qualification meetings, deliver platform demonstrations, and effectively respond to RFPs, RFIs, and new client inquiries
- Achieve new business revenue targets of circa £600K-£700K per annum
- Engage in targeted outreach to build a strong sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams on strategic campaigns
- Maintain regular client follow-ups to strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction, and uncover new business opportunities
- Drive renewals and retention by managing accounts with a proactive approach to client needs and goals
- Partner with customer success and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and support lead generation initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build partnerships and increase brand visibility
Skills
- Extensive experience in new business development, especially in client-focused, growth-driven roles
- Strong client relationship and account management skills with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- In-depth understanding of LMS/LXP and similar technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in English; additional language skills in French or Dutch are an advantage
Experience
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role, within a SaaS or learning platform environment
- Track record of achieving sales targets, building client rapport, and understanding organisational learning needs
