Client Solutions Manager

Our client are an innovative, creative and unique online training provider specialising in the provision of valuable and effective e-learning solutions. You will be working in an enthusiastic and forward-thinking environment with a passion for technology!

This role involves consultatively presenting creative solutions to new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Ownership, management and growth of existing client accounts
  • Consultatively create solutions with new and existing clients
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and additional KPI’s
  • Following up and converting sales in relation to marketing campaigns and sales leads
  • Strategic and tactical account profiling and planning
  • Creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline details for management reports
  • Attendance at and participation in relevant exhibitions, seminars, events as required
  • Articulate the company’s value proposition effectively to open up opportunities
  • Effectively leveraging existing network of contacts and clients
  • Writing creative, compelling and commercially astute tenders, sales proposals and bids

Qualifications

  • Any sales training qualifications are desirable

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable

Experience

  • Minimum of two years of e-learning/technology sales/consultancy experience
  • A proven and successful track record selling to senior contacts within Learning and Development (L&D), HR and learning technologies
  • Achievement of targets in a client facing, commercial B2B sales role
  • Experience of selling to organisations with multiple contacts and decision makers
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and build strong client relationships
  • Strong time management skills, good at prioritising tasks
  • Eager to learn, keen to keep informed of industry trends and developments
