Senior Account Manager - APAC

As an integral member of our client's team, you'll harness your skills to forge new business relationships and maximise the potential of inbound marketing leads. Your role will entail acquiring new accounts and expanding their market presence throughout the APAC region. Your work schedule will be synchronised with the APAC time-zone.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue all leads and contacts with promptness and professionalism
  • Independently generate leads by seeking out new client opportunities
  • Formulate a strategic sales plan to both re-engage former clients and secure new business
  • Craft compelling proposals, drawing upon available sales resources and insights gleaned from client interactions and research
  • Conduct thorough research and preparation for all client communications and meetings
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with established KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Enhance industry knowledge and expand professional network through continuous development

  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, confidence, and persistence
  • Maintains a track record of consistently high call volumes

  • Proficient in crafting persuasive proposals

Experience

  • Preferably adept in SPIN or MEDDIC Selling methodologies
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
  • Previous Account Management and New Business Development experience
  • Background in Learning Development and technical subjects is a plus

Education

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications are advantageous
