A pivotal, client facing role overseeing the implementation of enterprise learning (LMS, LXP) and HCM technology platforms, such as SAP Success Factors, Cornerstone, Workday) from the perspective of solutions architecture. You will be involved in the integration of both bespoke and third party modules to improve and enhance current systems and platforms. When appropriate the role will require travel once or twice a month, with paid travel expenses.

They have a newly formed learning and development (L&D) function and are seeking an experienced, strategic, results and data-driven L&D specialist to establish and grow their L&D capability. Responsible for both the day-to-day management and strategic direction of learning in the business, you will have the opportunity to shape learning experiences, as this is the organisation’s first full-time L&D hire. Ambition is key because, as the L&D team grows, the role is expected to become a ‘Head of L&D’ position.
