An outstanding opportunity with an award-winning eLearning solutions provider seeking a proactive and consultative sales professional to drive revenues from new business and some existing clients within the UK and Europe. A proven sales track record within L&D, coupled with the ability to develop and close opportunities with corporate clients is essential. Joining an existing team, you will be reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to the North of England once a week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a small number of client accounts by fully understanding client needs and implementing a strategic account plan
  • Generate revenue for the target audience by winning new clients, managing existing clients and building suitable partnership relationships to open up new prospect markets
  • Utilise your experience of working in the learning technology, digital learning arena on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with the wider sales, bid and content creation teams
  • Lead presentations and pitches and consult with organisations to deliver high value contracts
  • Develop relationships with prospect, new and existing partners
  • Bring digital solutions to life through authoring proposals and pitches
  • Translate learning objectives into digital solutions
  • Nurture and revive relationships with pre-existing accounts
  • Provide expertise where required for the design and development of digital solutions
  • Manage stakeholders and oversee project delivery for customers

Skills

  • Excellent face-to-face sales and presentation skills
  • Solutions driven, possessing consultative sales ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of gravitas with proven ability to build rapport with senior contacts

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years within a consultative sales role LD industry
  • Proven ability to achieve minimum revenues targets of 500K per annum
  • Adept at managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • A degree or equivalent qualification would be preferred but not essential

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent would be preferred but not essential

Qualifications

  • Relevant Sales qualifications are advantageous
