Operating globally with an extensive blue chip client base, our client is a leading learning consulting practice offering a full blend of learning solutions. They are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a consultative approach to acquiring new clients. A proven and successful track record of new business sales in L&D consulting and blended learning is essential. Sales experience in areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Diversity and Inclusion (D&D) or similar would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities
- Develop new name and existing client relationships to meet and exceed personal sales and financial targets
- Create and implement contact strategies and account plans
- Anticipate client needs, discover opportunities and position the full suite of learning and consultancy offerings
- Lead client engagement activities and deliver client service excellence
- Conclude, negotiate and influence profitable solution-based learning programmes
- Develop strong, trusted and beneficial client relationships at all levels
- Collaborate with the marketing, learning design and delivery and project management teams
Skills
- Excellent consultative sales ability
- Adept at managing high value client relationships
- Strategic Account planning, sector mapping and structured sales capability
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong rapport building skills
- Growth mindset with problem solving skills
Experience
- Proven history of identifying, closing and developing new name business
- Experience of selling learning andor consultancy covering subject matter such as wellbeing, resilience, Corporate Social Responsibility CSR, diversity and inclusion DI or similar
- Proven ability to achieve personal annual sales targets circa 400K to 500K
- Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders in different countries and time zones
- Experience of selling to senior HR, LD and Talent decision makers
- A genuine interest in areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility CSR, Diversity and Inclusion DI or similar is preferred.
Education
- Degree level or equivalent would be beneficial
Qualifications
- Formal training in any sales methodologies would be an advantage
