In this fast growing, multi-award-winning provider of SaaS based learning solutions, you’ll be a pivotal member of the team, providing leadership, ambition and focus to drive the strategic and tactical revenue growth of the business

Managing a fast-growing sales team, you will be responsible for both new logo acquisitions and growth of existing accounts. Proven success at senior sales management level achieving multi-million-pound team revenue within the HCM and/or LMS arena is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating, building and implementing the sales strategy for the EMEA region
  • Leadership of a fast growing, international sales team
  • Achievement of client acquisition, revenue and margin targets
  • Provision of accurate sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Mentor, coach and develop members of the sales team
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships at C-suite level
  • Leading by example in a ‘player/manager’ capacity
  • Liaise and collaborate with senior stakeholders within the business to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing approaches and culture


  • Management qualifications would be an advantage
  • Sales qualifications and in-depth knowledge of sales methodologies would be beneficial


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent would be advantageous


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role with both strategic and tactical / operational focus
  • Experience of recruiting, developing and leading high performing sales teams
  • A successful track record within the Human Capital Management (HCM) or Learning Management System (LMS) arena
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving team-based sales targets
  • Proven success in building long term, incremental licence revenues with loyal clients who advocate the solutions to others
  • Analytical and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent consultative sales credentials, with a track record of sales achievement


  • Strong and proven sales leadership
  • Ability to develop strategic and commercially sound sales development plans
  • Adept at coaching and developing sales professionals
  • Commercial and analytical mindset
  • Ability to travel, both within the UK and abroad
