We are working with a vibrant, commercial organisation who are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative designer to enhance their digital communications by designing and developing engaging email campaigns which will encourage customers to visit their website. Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop emails and other digital content and communications
  • Utilise HTML techniques to design, build and test emails
  • Ensure traffic to the website is maximised by creating enticing emails
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all creative campaigns can be delivered to a high standard, on a timely basis
  • Follow brand guidelines and understand how they can be used appropriately across different digital channels
  • Research and develop new developments in email design
  • Prioritise user experience and ensure that best practice is followed


  • 3 years’ experience in an Email Designer role or similar
  • Experience of coding, using HTML for email for a commercial organisation


  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and coding best practice for email creation
  • Excellent skills and proven experience in presentation and publishing applications ideally Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as type, colour, layout and imagery creation/optimisation
  • Proactive and ability to take ownership of technical skills development
  • Passion for FMCG marketing
  • Enthusiastic about learning and keen to apply latest trends in digital marketing
  • Ability to meet critical time deadlines
