An exciting opportunity for an LMS Coordinator to join a well-established organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s Cornerstone LMS and providing 1st line support to the learners. You will also have the opportunity to design and develop digital learning content.
Key responsibilities
- End to end responsibility for the administration and coordination of the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS)
- Collaborate with LMS supplier, manage the terms with them and ensure regular updates and meetings
- Inform the L&D department of any changes/updates to the LMS
- Provide 1st line support to learners for any LMS queries they have
- Develop engaging digital learning content using authoring tools
- Assign, monitor, process, and manage learning materials within the LMS
- Design and develop engaging interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools and graphic design tools
- Produce and maintain support guides for employees using the LMS
- Upload eLearning modules, change system set-up, troubleshoot course functionality and update course content
- Administer face-to-face training and online learning events
- Run reports to monitor learner engagement
Qualifications
- Qualifications in learning technologies or instructional design are desirable but not essential
- CIPD level 3 Learning and Development is desirable
Experience
- 2 years’ experience within an LMS Coordinator role or Learning Technologist role
- Experience of administering a Cornerstone LMS
- Experience of working with rapid authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline to develop eLearning
- Knowledge of SCORM compliance and learning design principals
Skills
- Demonstrable evidence of organisational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all working areas
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven capability in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word
- Basic knowledge of HTML is desirable
