LMS Specialist (12 Month FTC)

A fantastic opportunity within a well-established, global professional services firm for an experienced and ambitious LMS Specialist. In this role, you will help shape how people learn through leveraging the organisation’s global LMS to bring learning content to their employees around the world. You will have worked on system implementations and developed and implemented internal roadmaps. You will be a natural collaborator, with the ability to consult across all levels, influencing and encouraging effective change.

  • Manage the day to day running of the LMS and ensure the best user experience
  • Work on several work streams as part of the implementation of the internal roadmap for the LMS
  • Troubleshoot technical queries and supervise system administrators
  • Liaise with the vendor to confirm roadmap details and ensure they can be achieved through existing and future functionality  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
  • Communicate with the IT team ensuring the outcomes of the workstreams are successful and carry out testing
  • Contribute to the overall design of the user experience in the LMS


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business
  • Expert knowledge of LMS and experience of troubleshooting technical issues
  • Agile and creative individual with the ability to use own initiative
  • Strong project management skills


  • 5 years experience of implementing and managing an LMS
  • Experience of managing an enterprise Learning Management Systems e.g., Cornerstone, SABA, SuccessFactors or Cross Knowledge
  • Experience of integrating 3rd party learning content or other learning related platforms into existing systems
  • Experienced LD professional with a passion for Learning Technology
  • Proficient in liaising with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Experience of working in a high performing culture, e.g. corporate or vendor


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent


  • Prince 2 qualification is desirable
