Are you an exceptional Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in the design of skills-based learning in a corporate environment? Do you have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theory in a fully blended environment? You will have the opportunity to work remotely twice a week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on kick-off meetings for all design projects, including regularly reporting on project progress, ensuring these are delivered on time and against budget
  • Regularly liaise with stakeholders and provide expert design consultation
  • Brief and coach subject matter experts throughout each stage of the project
  • Ensure adult learning theories and best design techniques are adhered to
  • Work closely with eLearning Developers to create learning content

Skills

  • Excellent understanding of adult learning principles
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of authoring tools and their capabilities, e.g. Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, or GOMO

Experience

  • 5 years experience designing blended learning solutions
  • Experience in a professional services firm is an advantage
  • Experience project managing design projects from inception through to launch
  • Experience of consulting with external clients about their learning requirements

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Project Management qualifications are desirable
