An excellent opportunity to work with a well-established learning solutions provider! In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with clients about their learning requirements, managing complex groups of stakeholders and leading teams of learning designers on large learning programmes. This role is remote with occasional ad-hoc travel to client meetings.

  • Designing impactful blended learning solutions including digital, face to face and video
  • Consult with clients to understand their business and their learning requirements
  • Scope out the learning solution and define to clients and production team
  • Deliver high-quality learning solutions on time and to budget
  • You will be leading on stakeholder meetings and working with a team of designers and developers, assigning work and sharing your expert knowledge of tools and methodologies
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and apply to the learning solutions


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills
  • Knowledgeable in authoring tools e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
  • Ability to motivate team members
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Learning Designer role or similar
  • Proven experience of consulting with clients with the ability to listen and persuade


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualifications are desirable
