Blue Eskimo are working with a prestigious Defence Academy who are seeking a number of Learning Designers to design and develop courses to meet customer requirements and in accordance with DSAT.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of DSAT course documentation in line with maintenance schedules
- Implementing the design methodology providing a specialist resource to carry out the routine review, redesign and improvement of existing courses together with the design of training to meet new or changed requirements.
- Support the design, development and maintenance of a Learning Management System
- To maintain awareness and ensure adherence to Defence, regulatory and industry matters.
Skills
- A training-requirements, design and delivery professional with prior knowledge and experience of managing training design within the military and in accordance with JSP 822
- Evidence of regular Continuous Professional development (CPD) within the field of learning design
- Able to present ideas and solutions in a clear and professional manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Experience
- Knowledge of, or experience in, operating the Defence Systems Approach to Training DSAT in the Defence environment
- Recognised training design qualification, having ideally completed the Detailed Course Design course at DCTS, andor demonstrable experience of conducting training design within a safety critical and regulated environment
- Conversant with MOODLE and the Defence Learning
