Leadership Development Specialist

£40K-£55K Basic Salary (negotiable dependent on level of experience)

Our client, is no regular consultancy…they are a “people first” consultancy delivering disruptive, cutting edge leadership development programmes with an impact! They are currently seeking an outstanding, driven and passionate Leadership Development Specialist who will join them in their mission to create and deliver award-winning learning and coaching for leaders and managers across a range of corporate and high-growth start-up organisations.

Key responsibilities

  • Create engaging learning content for Leadership Development Programmes
  • Identify learning needs and define clear learning objectives
  • Design blended learning solutions, including eLearning and training workshops
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training workshops, both in person and virtually
  • Oversee the projects, by scheduling and defining deliverables, planning, determining roles and responsibilities, liaising between different team members to ensure excellent results on time

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable

Experience

  • 5 years’ experience designing, developing, facilitating, and managing global learning programmes focussed on leadership development
  • Experience of consulting, partnering and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of facilitating training workshops both in person and via Zoom and/or other virtual platforms e.g. Adobe Connect, Teams, WebEx
  • Experience of designing digital learning content

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Highly skilled in project management with close attention to detail
  • Creative individual with a passion for the latest people development interventions and learning solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst dealing with ambiguity
