A fantastic opportunity for an approachable and adaptable Training Coordinator!

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of the training programmes and providing a high level of customer service whilst acting as the first point of contact for all learners.

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule and administer training courses
  • Enrol delegates onto chosen training programmes
  • Provide the day-to-day administration support for all current customers
  • Maintain all training programme details and qualifications on the CRM
  • Source trainers for training workshops and organise their diaries
  • Assist in booking venues for training workshops and ensuring pre-workshop documents are actioned
  • Organise certificates for training course delegates
  • Process invoices


  • Relevant qualifications desirable


  • Relevant education desirable


  • 1 year of experience in a Training Administration or L&D Administration role


  • Highly organised individual with excellent IT and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
  • Enthusiastic individual with a desire to learn and develop within the role
  • Confident in using Microsoft Applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
