L&D Partner Manager

Do you possess an in-depth knowledge of the design of digital and blended learning programmes? Have you experience of developing business via strategic partnerships? Key responsibilities

  • Consult with clients and prospects to provide expertise regarding the design and implementation of blended and digital learning solutions
  • Ensure the right solutions are implemented to fulfil client needs and their learning objectives, via both in-house and partner provision
  • Achieve revenue performance and other commercial KPI’s in relation to strategic partners
  • Leverage both existing and new senior contacts within commercial L&D providers, management consultancies, public, private and education sectors
  • Identify and develop strategic, long term relationships that result in significant revenues
  • Collaborate with the bid team and lead on bids where appropriate
  • Attend and where appropriate speak at relevant seminars, networking events and conferences


  • Degree level qualifications desirable


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing innovative and complex digital and blended learning programmes
  • Experience consulting with clients at senior stakeholder level
  • Proven success in a B2B business development focused role within L&D, at both a tactical and strategic level
  • Proven ability to secure high value business via consultative selling, including via strategic partnerships
  • Adept at writing successful bids, proposals and tenders


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at designing innovative digital learning and blended learning programmes
  • In-depth knowledge of latest thinking in the digital learning arena
  • Ability to consult with senior stakeholders
  • Result focused, self-motivated
  • Possessing commercial acumen with business development credentials
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong client facing skills, possessing gravitas
  • Adept at discovery calls and meetings
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Team player with an approachable manner
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects within strict deadlines
