Digital Learning Designer

Our client, a global award-winning learning consultancy is looking for a highly accomplished Digital Learning Designer with exceptional copywriting skills, to assist in growing their digital product offerings. This is a fixed-term, part-time (20 hours per week) position for six months with the potential to convert to a permanent, full-time role after this term.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating well designed and well written content for use in e-learning modules, email toolkits, learning guides, explainer videos and other content
  • Both re-purposing existing content and creating new content via research and SME liaison
  • Collaborating with the team to produce wireframes, outlines and scripts
  • Utilising authoring tools such as Articulate Rise to build engaging blended learning solutions and agile coaching products
  • Updating and improving existing live coaching support materials such as webinar PowerPoint decks and print guides
  • Assure the quality of the solutions and evaluate their effectiveness, making updates where necessary


  • Several years of experience in a copywriting role within an E-learning setting
  • Experience using e-learning content authoring tools to produce blended learning solutions
  • A working knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Creating content for us within email marketing tools
  • Experience using video and graphic design tools (e.g. Snappa, Canva, Stencil)


  • A self-motivated individual with excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a good eye for design and UX
  • A highly skilled copywriter with sensitivity to style and tone of voice
  • Proficiency in the use of a content authoring tool (e.g. Articulate, Elucidat, Adapt)
  • Ability to work quickly and deliver high quality learning content under tight deadlines
