Account Director

£45K-£50K - £90K-£100K OTE

Our Client is a leading e-learning specialist with a reputation for delivering high quality, high impact projects for clients across a range of business areas. They pride themselves in employing the very best people in the industry and in having created a hugely enjoyable and rewarding working environment. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be an experienced, client-focused Account Director with exceptional solution-based selling skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Using your creativity and passion for technology, you will work with clients to create extraordinary bespoke elearning solutions
  • Solutions can be in the form of anything from AI, gamification, mobile learning, blended, etc.
  • Your tenacity and drive for sales will help you identify new opportunities within new and existing client bases.
  • Account manage a client base of around 30 accounts
  • Creating presentations and performing demonstrations will come naturally to you
  • Work with a number of different teams within the company landscape to ensure delivery of the bespoke solutions
  • Ensure customer success by giving the highest level of customer service to clients
  • Create successful forecasts, reports, and track and record activity on current accounts
  • Hit and exceed targets from £600K-£1.5mil depending on experience

Qualifications

  • Any sales training qualifications are desirable
  • Full UK driving licence

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience selling bespoke, digital learning solutions to c-level clients
  • Outstanding client relationship and customer service skills
  • Experience creating a successful pipeline and reporting to senior management
  • Experience managing large account and increasing spend
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets (£600K-£1.5mil)
