Our Client are a well-established training company who create bespoke, blended courses for a number of different subject matter. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager who will work with clients in an extremely consultative sales manner.
Key responsibilities
- Work very consultatively with clients to understand business needs and create bespoke solutions

Confidently sell a range of solutions including closed in-house programmes, eLearning top up courses and a Learning Management System (LMS)

Generate new business opportunities when needed and confidently make the initial approach

Work with the client throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact to after a sale has been secured

Work with current accounts to develop opportunities and explore new prospect avenues

Design innovative proposals and deliver client pitches when needed

Positively portray the company values at all times and continue to grow the client brand
Qualifications
- Any sales training qualifications are desirable
Education
- Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable
Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B environment selling bespoke learning solutions

Considerable experience working within L&D/e-learning environments

Experience working in a home based capacity

Proven experience selling to c-suite/board level clients

Experience following a project through the entire sales cycle and beyond

Proven experience hitting a personal sales target
