Blended Content Designer

Joining a well known charitable organisation our client is looking for a Content Designer who can bring creativity and ingenuity to its learning, training and communication solutions. You’ll be responsible for delivering on-brand solutions both digitally and face-face across a range of formats.

This is a 3 month contract from January – March 2020.

Key responsibilities

• Design both digital and blended learning activities
• Develop learning and communication resources based on business feedback and user insights
• Create innovative digital and blended learning resources
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and business departments
• Ensure learning and communication solutions meet business requirements

Qualifications

• Qualified in the use of a range of LMS’s and CMS’s

Education

• Degree educated (or equivalent) in multimedia, communication or similar field

Experience

• Experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience recommending innovative solutions to training and communication needs
• Experience producing online digital learning
• Experience developing blended learning solutions

Skills

• Strong visual design skills
• Excellent writing abilities
• Able to produce a varied range of digital resources including written articles, videos and infographics
• Able to manage multiple projects at any given time
• Able to coach more junior members of the team
