Our client is looking for a seasoned Learning and Development Business Partner who will be working closely with senior stakeholders to design and execute impactful learning and development strategies that enhance organisational performance.In this role, you will lead the creation and delivery of innovative, blended learning programmes that align with business goals and support employee professional growth.This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week in the London office and 3 days remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Learning and Development Manager to create and implement learning strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Designing, delivering, and assessing blended learning programmes that address organisational needs and foster career progression.
  • Managing multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Leading the implementation of leadership and management development initiatives across the organisation.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to direct reports and senior stakeholders to strengthen leadership capabilities organisation wide.
  • Managing an allocated budget, ensuring cost-effective project delivery and optimal vaolue from suppliers

Skills

  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and developing teams of L&D professionals.
  • Expertise in modern learning technologies, social learning tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at influencing senior leaders and building strong, collaborative relationships

Experience

  • 3 years experience in a Learning and Development environment
  • Experience coaching and mentoring both direct reports and key stakeholders to drive development.
  • knowledge or experience of designing and delivering learning solutions
  • experience managing and developing a team of LD professionals.

Education

  • LD qualifications are desirable but not essential
