If you are a highly organised L&D Advisor with a passion for providing great customer service then look no further! We have the job for you. In this role, you will be supporting the design and delivery of high quality face-to-face, blended and digital learning solutions, acting as a key link between internal and external stakeholders, whilst ensuring an excellent learner experience. This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week in the London office and 3 days remotely.

Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule learning and development events, including training workshops and digital learning
- Liaise with employees across the business to support them in building skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with external suppliers to source the best L&D solutions
- Work closely with the HR team to deliver learning admin requirements
- Coordinate and deliver aspects of the induction programme
- Act as a first point of contact for learners
- Track and report on key data for the L&D team
- Administrate the Workday LMS
Skills
- Execllent organisational skills to ensure high quality learning solutions are provided in a timely manner
- Brilliant communication skills with a passion for providing great customer service
- Ability to write clearly and translate business needs into informative learning experiences
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office packages, including Teams
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in a Learning and Development environment
- Experience of managing and coordinating learning projects
- Some knowledge or experience of designing and delivering learning solutions
- Experience of administrating an LMS, ideally Workday or similar
Education
- LD qualifications are desirable but not essential
