Our client is a global provider of high quality, experiential learning solutions within the leadership arena, with exceptional client feedback ratings. In this pivotal and strategic role within the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of learning offerings. Leading a team of Learning Designers and Programme Managers and with a client-facing remit, you will report to and work closely with the CEO, ensuring the successful growth of the business via innovative and impactful L&D solutions.The role requires 1-2 days per week in the London office.

Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous improvement and innovation of learning and coaching solutions, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently met.
- Collaborate with your team, the CEO and key clients to ensure high levels of programme delivery satisfaction and success.
- Identify current and emerging client challenges to shape and influence innovation in the design of learning offerings.
- Attend meetings with key clients and prospects to consult on their talent development challenges and advise on appropriate solutions.
- P&L responsibility, ensuring the financial viability of L&D programmes and contributing to the company’s revenue and profitability growth targets.
- Ensure the quality of both internal and external designers, coaches and facilitators maintains the highest levels.
- Work with sales and marketing teams, contributing to thought leadership that continues to elevate the brand.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills within a commercial L&D setting.
- Adept at consulting with senior client stakeholders to uncover talent development, L&D challenges and advise on appropriate solutions.
- Strong influencing skills and gravitas.
- Attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction.
- Excellent public speaking and thought leadership skills.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within a commercial LD setting, leading high performing teams in the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions.
- Experience in designing and delivering high quality, impactful business skills related training and coaching programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen with PL management experience.
- Experience of consulting with clients in an advisory, business development context.
- An interest and background in psychology, behavioural science or related area is an advantage.
Education
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent in psychology, behavioural science, business, learning and development or a related subject would be an advantage.
