This year’s Work and Salary Report is based on our 13th annual survey, conducted in the closing weeks of 2024. We collected quantitative survey data from over 500 learning and development professionals based primarily in the UK.
Across all disciplines and job titles as diverse as L&D Manager, L&D Business Partner, Chief Learning Officer, Learning Experience Designer, Instructional Designer and Customer Success Manager.
