Enterprise Sales Executive

£45K-£50K Basic Salary + £80 OTE (uncapped)

A leading provider of workforce development and learning solutions is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic business growth across EMEA. This role is a mix of account management and new business development, with a 60 focus on managing and growing existing enterprise accounts and a 40 focus on securing new logos, including re-engaging lapsed accounts.You will be responsible for expanding relationships with high-value enterprise clients while also identifying and winning new opportunities within key industry sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative sales environment, excels at building long-term partnerships, and has a strong commercial mindset. This hybrid role requires travel to their London office 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

  • 60 Account Management: Develop and execute growth strategies for existing enterprise clients to increase revenue and maximize opportunities
  •  40 New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise clients, including re-engaging lapsed accounts 
  • Lead and manage enterprise RFPs and large-scale learning and development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Project Management, to deliver successful client solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at senior levels
  • Prepare high-impact proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and account planning

Skills

  • Strong consultative selling skills with a balance of account management and new business development
  • Proven ability to re-engage lapsed accounts and secure new enterprise clients
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and leading large-scale transformation projects
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and proposal-writing skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel within the UK and internationally

Experience

  • Experience in enterprise sales, preferably within LD, HR Tech, or Technology Solutions

Education

  • Any LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
