Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to contribute to their sales team. The role involves responding to inbound sales enquiries, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth.This role is hybrid, with a combination of remote working and office-based days in Leeds.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Identify opportunities early in the sales cycle to drive additional revenue and ensure long-term customer engagement.
- Manage a triage system to direct customers and prospects to the appropriate consultant or support lead.
- Work towards an annual income target of £150,000-£250,000.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their training and development needs.
- Proactively explore opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
- Analyse customer data using CRM systems to create targeted engagement strategies.
- Re-engage with lapsed customers to reintroduce products and services.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers by gathering and communicating setup and implementation requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and support processes.

Experience
- Knowledge of the e-learning sector.
- Proven experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally within training, learning, or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital engagement tools.
Education
- A qualification related to Business Development is desirable
