Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they maximise the value of the learning platform and content
- Guide stakeholders in selecting and implementing the right learning solutions
- Lead onboarding processes, ensuring smooth platform setup, configuration, and training
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and integrate digital learning solutions
- Support ongoing product adoption and customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns proactively
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication

Experience
- Background in Engagement Management, LMS implementation consulting, or CustomerClient Success

Education
- Any related qualifications are desirable but not essential
