Responsibilities
- Initiate and deliver new business campaigns aligned with the business objectives
- Create new business through lead generation, outreach, and direct engagement
- Achieve sales growth in line with agreed targets
- Forge and sustain positive relationships with existing clients
- Predict and monitor key account indicators, such as the sales pipeline and quarterly results
- Generate detailed account status reports
- Augment the customer portfolio and take holistic charge of client accounts, playing a pivotal team role

- Proven consultative selling and managing sales pipelines

- Experience communicating and influencing top-tier stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM software

Experience
- A minimum of 2 years in a sales role within the learning and development arena
- Experience engaging with and selling to senior learning and talent development stakeholders in the private sector
Education
- Educated to a degree level is desirable
